YOUR TASKS:
After an initial training period and training on the production facilities, you will independently carry out the following activities as part of a team:

Setting up the machines
-
Monitoring the production process, including taking responsibility for the quality produced

Coordinating maintenance measures with the respective craftsmen

Maintenance and cleaning of the machines
-
Adhering to work safety regulations
YOUR PROFILE:
-
A completed technical or craft apprenticeship as a wood mechanic (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), or in a similar field
-
Initial professional experience in handling technical equipment, preferably in an industrial environment

Performance and team-oriented mindset
-
Independent working style and high initiative

Willingness to take on responsibility

Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation from Monday to Friday (weekly rotation)
