Location: Wieselburg Full-time position 38.5h/week

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE:

• Creation of orders to suppliers and customers for sawn timber and log products

• Processing and creation of export documents:

  • outgoing invoices; sea ​​bills of lading; certificates of origin; phytosanitary certificates; packing lists; Applications for documentary credits and collections, etc. 

• Commissioning of freight forwarders 

• Shipping advice and monitoring of transit times

• document delivery

• Any correspondence 

• Master data maintenance, statistics

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial training, HAK or similar

• Understand English or written communication

• Conscientious, structured way of working
