Location: Wieselburg Full-time position 38.5h/week
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE:

International contract creation in purchasing and sales for sawn timber and log products

Documentation of the orders in the merchandise management system
-
Payment security and control of letters of credit
-
Price negotiations, coordination of logistics services
-
Coordination of export documents for sea freight
-
Monitoring of the delivery status and coordination with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders
-
Invoice verification and transfer to accounting
-
Master data maintenance, statistics
-
Communication with banks and authorities
-
Market research and evaluations for sales and purchasing
YOUR PROFILE:
-
Commercial training, preferably in the forwarding trade, the timber industry or in foreign trade with knowledge of documentary business
-
Fluency in spoken and written English
-
Proactive, self-aware and responsible, structured, resilient
-
Communicative and enjoy working in a motivated team
WE OFFER:

Remuneration according to the collective agreement for employees in the sawmill industry Type VI, use group IV
